



HISTORY
In 1922, the foundation stone of the company was laid in the East-Westphalian town of Herford in Germany, where Hermann Frickemeier, a carpenter, founded the H. Frickemeier Möbelfabrik company. In 1933, the next generation took over and Hermann's son, Rudolf, became the new managing director.

In 1964, Möbelfabrik was renamed to Brigitte - The name remains to this day.
In 1990, the production area was extended by more than 20,000 square metres and equipped with CN-controlled production facilities. In addition, construction of a new information centre began; An almost 1,000 square metre exhibition centre including training rooms.

From 2010, Brigitte increased activity beyond Germany and placed focus on European and overseas markets, as well as on sustainability.
​
2017 sees an updated Brigitte Küchen brand identity and new logo and 2020 sees the company transfer from the Frickemeier family to be successfully continued by Steffen Liebich. In 2022, Brigitte Küchen celebrates its 100th anniversary and looks to the future with positive energy.




COLLECTION
The Brigitte door collection contains a wide range of colours and styles, from smooth finishes and realistic wood grains on slab fronts, right up to decorative shaker profiles and real wood veneers.​

There are 13 standard carcase colours, 6 of which are finished on both sides, including the incredibly popular Blonde Oak. Handle options are updated regularly to follow current trends and handleless kitchens are available with profiles in Steel, Black, White or Gold at no additional cost.
ACCESSORIES
Drawer box options include ArciTech Plus as standard, with the option to upgrade to glass or silver-coloured metal profiles. Legrabox and TA'OR boxes are also available.

Innovative lighting solutions are also available to order to complement the kitchen - Standout offerings being the illuminated stainless steel shelving system and the 'Linero' profile strip, both available in an Aluminium or Black finish.

COLOUR CONCEPT
In addition to the range of 'standard' lacquered finishes in various trending finishes, the Colour Concept also offers all 4,500 colour options in RAL and NCS. This is possible across all Modern, Design & Country kitchens in 6 ranges, with the option of high gloss lacquer, elegant matt lacquer or velvet-soft textured lacquer.
CONTRACT KITCHENS
As well as showroom displays and retail kitchens, we also work with developers and contacts in the building industry to supply a range of contract kitchens.
A selection of standard carcase colours are finished internally and externally, eliminating the requirement for a replacement end panels. Combined with a free of charge plinth in a matching colour and a non-chargeable handle option, there is a cost-effective solution to a high quality contract kitchen.
