OVERVIEW

Brigitte began in 1922 when carpenter Hermann Frickemeier founded H. Frickemeier Möbelfabrik in Herford, Germany. The company passed to the next generation in 1933 and was renamed Brigitte in 1964. Major expansion followed in 1990 with a modernised production facility and a large exhibition and training centre. From 2010, Brigitte focused on international growth and sustainability, unveiling a refreshed brand identity in 2017. Leadership transitioned to Steffen Liebich in 2020, and in 2022 the company celebrated its 100-year anniversary.

Brigitte’s collection features a broad choice of finishes—from smooth and wood-effect slab doors to decorative shaker styles and real wood veneers. Customers can choose from 13 carcase colours, updated handle options, and handleless profiles in Steel, Black, White or Gold at no extra cost. The Colour Concept expands flexibility further, offering all RAL and NCS colours across Modern, Design, and Country ranges, available in high gloss, matt, or textured lacquer.

Accessories include ArciTech Plus drawer boxes as standard, with upgrades to glass, metal, Legrabox or TA’OR drawers. Brigitte also offers advanced lighting solutions such as illuminated stainless-steel shelving and the Linero profile strip. A wide selection of inserts, pull-outs, and functional components rounds out the range.

For contract projects, Brigitte supplies cost-effective, high-quality kitchens for developers, featuring colour-matched internal/external carcases, free matching plinths, and no-charge handle options, delivering strong value alongside durable German manufacturing.
