OVERVIEW

Kuhlmann, originally founded as a joinery business in 1923, evolved into a fitted-kitchen manufacturer through the mid-20th century. After rebranding from RWK to Kuhlmann in 2012 and relocating to a larger factory in Löhne, the company continued to grow. In 2025, Kuhlmann joined the Brigitte family, introducing a refreshed specification and an expanded range of finishes.

The brand offers hundreds of door options across 25+ ranges, including modern and traditional styles in matt, gloss, textured, HPL, lacquer, and real wood veneers. These pair with rigid German cabinetry featuring soft-close fittings and Blum Legrabox drawers as standard.

Kuhlmann’s distinctive features include angled 11° hinged units and a unique multi-level 3-way opening drawer system, plus generous standard storage dimensions. Their extensive FREE range provides 191 melamine finishes from Egger, and bespoke kitchens can be produced in any RAL or NCS lacquer colour.

Accessories include TA’OR drawer boxes, a wide selection of inserts and storage solutions, pocket doors, Servo-Drive, Le-Mans pull-outs, multiple worktop options, and integrated lighting—offering abundant ways to personalise and enhance each design.
